Individual Therapy
Compassionate, Evidence-Based Therapy to Help You Heal, Grow, and Thrive
Life’s challenges can feel heavy, but you don’t have to face them alone. My individual therapy sessions provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where adolescents and young adults can explore emotions, build coping tools, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I work with adolescents and young adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship challenges, and academic or career stress. Therapy is offered exclusively online through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, providing flexibility, privacy, and accessibility.
Compassionate Therapy to Help You Heal, Grow, and Thrive
My therapeutic style is strengths-based and collaborative, meaning we will focus not only on areas of difficulty but also on the unique resources and qualities you already possess. In our work together, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools for managing stress and emotions. Whether you are navigating life transitions, seeking relief from overwhelming symptoms, or looking to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy offers the opportunity to build resilience, foster healthier relationships, and create meaningful change.

Healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and supported. In therapy, you don’t have to do it alone. You’ll gain tools, insight, and hope for the life you want to create.

FAQs
-
Yes! I accept Aetna, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna.
-
I accept all major credit cards, HSA’s (Health Savings Account), FSA’s (Flexible Savings Account), and Care Credit.
CareCredit is a healthcare credit card that helps make mental health, medical, dental, and other wellness services more affordable. It allows you to pay for services upfront and then pay off the balance over time with flexible monthly payment options. Many clients find it helpful for managing the cost of therapy or psychological testing when they prefer not to pay in full at the time of service.

I understand that life happens, and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show so that I can protect the time set aside for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping sessions consistent and productive.

Your first appointment will be an intake session, which is focused on getting to know you and understanding your unique needs. During this time, we’ll talk about your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy or evaluation. I may ask about your personal history, daily experiences, and any challenges you’ve been facing, as well as the strengths and supports you already have.
The intake session is also a chance for you to ask questions, share what you’re hoping to gain, and get comfortable with the process. If we are beginning an evaluation, I’ll also explain what testing will look like and which areas we’ll be focusing on. If we are starting therapy, we’ll discuss how sessions typically work and outline your treatment goals together.
Overall, the first session is less about jumping straight into problem-solving and more about building a foundation of trust and understanding, so we can move forward in a way that feels supportive and meaningful for you.
